Returns and Refund Policy
1. Returns
Socks are not eligible for any return/refund/exchange unless you have received them in a damaged condition.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@auchhav.com and mail your item.
3. Cancellation Policy
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an email at info@auchhav.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location:
Metro cities: 5-7 business days.
Other regions: 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
The duties and taxes as mandated by your country of shipment must be borne by you. In the event that duties and taxes are not paid, and the shipment is not received, Auchhav will unfortunately not be able to process a refund.
Any documents required by the local authorities in the country of residence for customs clearance must be arranged by the customer. If the required documents are unavailable and the delivery is denied by the local airport authorities, Auchhav will not be liable for any refund.
We do not offer exchange/return on international orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
